Today is #WorldWaterDay. Due to a hydroelectric power plant at Kaptai, Rangamati, Bangladesh Chakmas have lost their ancestral homeland and become one of the earliest victims of manmade environmental disaster in 20th century. Many of them.still remain stateless.
