Meanwhile, local land robber Alamgir and his brother Touhidul molested two local Hindu women and beat them. The injured Hindu women are currently undergoing treatment at Ward No. 26 of Chittagong Medical College. According to the Hindu victim’s family, the local land robber Aminul Haque and his two sons Alamgir and Touhidul have been brutally torturing this helpless Hindu family for the last 6 years. They have already occupied 50 shatak lands of the aggrieved Hindu family by forging fake documents. Even then, they are constantly torturing this helpless Hindu family to grab the rest of their land. Yesterday Alamgir and his brother Touhidul attacked the Hindu victim’s family. Notably, all the male members of the Hindu family are emigrants. As a result, women and children lived alone at home. When the women of the Hindu victim’s family tried to defend themselves, the two brothers attacked them further. During this time they molested two Hindu women named Anjana Das and Rani Das. Alamgir and Touhidul beat and stabbed them. The assaulter land robbers had also threatened to kill them. Bangladesh Minority Watch has strongly condemned and protested the incident. Rima Rani Das has filed a case in this regard. Police have already arrested one person.
