This sealing bears the Dharmachakra and Deer (on both sides of the chakra) symbol on the top followed two lines of inscription at the bottom.
Line 1 says “Shri – Rakta[m]rttika – (ma)havaiha”
And line 2 says “rik – arya – bhiksu -[sanga] s[y]a” which means “the community of the noble monks of the Great Monastery Raktamrttika Mahavihara”.
